Job Specialization: Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or any related Life Sciences field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing & maintaining company Website & Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
- Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing and sales team in developing and implementing marketing & sales strategies.
- Analyze and generate sales reports daily, weekly & monthly.
- Manage events & projects of the assigned activities and tasks.

Requirements:
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or any related Life Sciences field.
- Preferably 3 years and above experiences in healthcare / medical industry or related field.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Illustrator for creative content design.
- Good computer skills (eg. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint), skills in using social media platforms and data visualization tools.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Strong market knowledge and excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
